How to Signup/Renew with Membermojo

Signing up for a CoPs Membership through our new digital membership platform, Membermojo, couldn’t be simpler. Below are some step-by-step instructions on what to do if you get stuck.

FAQs

If you’re a Full Member, and you currently pay for your membership by standing order, you’ll need to update the amount of your standing order from £20 to £35 before April 1st 2025. It does not matter if this is before or after you register on Membermojo, as we will mark your renewal as Pending until we receive a payment from you.

If you’re a Friend or Student Member, and you already have a standing order set up, the only thing you need to do is say that’s how you’re paying on Membermojo. There is no need to set up a new standing order.

Don’t worry, we’ll be in touch around this time next year regarding changing the date of your standing order to July 1st. If you change it this year, we won’t be able to approve your renewal until we have received that payment.

Technically no. You can register on Membermojo, following the above steps up until you’ve logged in so you have access to that account, but as a Life or Honorary Life Member, your membership does not have an expiry date, and therefore no renewal needed!

Don’t worry, if you’ve paid through one of our “offline” payment methods as listed above, as long as you’ve received an email from us saying “Thank you for renewing your membership“, we’ll have received your renewal request. Once we’ve received and verified your payment, your membership will be marked as “Renewed” and you’ll receive another email marked “Payment Received

If you usually pay through a standing order or bank transfer, for multiple members, you can still do this, and then select whichever way you choose to pay on Membermojo. For example, if you and your partner are both Friends of CoPs (£13.50 each), you can make one bank payment of £27, and we’ll then handle the rest.

The other option is to have each membership on the same email address. That way, you can manage multiple memberships through one log in.
